Prestige Corporate Receives IAPCO Award

Glasgow based corporate transport management company, Prestige Corporate, has been presented with the 2005 National Supplier Award by the International Association of Professional Congress Organisers (IAPCO) following the Council’s decision at the IAPCO General Assembly in Mexico earlier this year.

 

IAPCO is a non-profit organisation, which represents professional organisers and managers of international and national congresses, conventions and special events.

 

It is committed to raising standards of service among its members and other sectors of the meetings industry by means of continuing education and interaction with other professionals.  

 

IAPCO has members worldwide whose activities are monitored on an annual basis.  As a result, IAPCO membership offers a unique quality assurance recognised by conference clients and suppliers all over the world.

 

Prestige was nominated by Anne Walker of professional conference organiser Concorde Services Ltd in recognition of the excellent travel management services Prestige has provided to Concorde Services - and the Congrex Group - over many years.

 

The award was presented to Euan Finlayson, Managing Director of Prestige Corporate, on behalf of IAPCO by Caroline Mackenzie, Managing Director of Concorde Services’ Glasgow office.

 

A delighted Finlayson, said:  “We are proud to have had such a long association with Concorde Services and this award reflects the strong relationship between our two organisations.”
