Glasgow: Scotland with style Design Collective at London Fashion Week - September 08

Following the success of the Glasgow: Scotland with style Design Collective at London Fashion Week (LFW) in September 07 - in partnership with the Scottish Government - applications are now being sought for participation in this exciting initiative’s fourth season at LFW in September 08.

 

Applications are therefore invited from emerging fashion designers who are either from Glasgow; have trained here; or have chosen to be based in the city.

 

It is anticipated that in the region of six designers will be given the necessary support to showcase their talent at London Fashion Week (LFW) from 14-19 September 2008 under the umbrella of the Glasgow: Scotland with style Design Collective.  

 

Those applicants chosen by the advisory panel will then be referred to the British Fashion Council (BFC) for final vetting and selection in June 08.

 

Those subsequently selected by the BFC will then be accommodated within the

Glasgow: Scotland with style Design Collective exhibition space at London Fashion Week in September 08.
