Our Conference Accommodation Booking Service makes it easy for your delegates to find a room. We are able to negotiate allocations across the city at competitive rates and provide an online booking form for your delegates.

 

Whatever your conference needs we are happy to put you in touch with the appropriate people to ensure everything runs smoothly.

 

Particularly if you are holding a large meeting, you may want to employ a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) to manage the administration of the meeting. We can put you in contact with the professionals and arrange tenders on your behalf.

 

The Glasgow Conference Travel Ticket is unique in the UK, allowing delegates unlimited travel on buses, trains and ferries in the Strathclyde area. The service, provided by Strathclyde Passenger Transport, allows delegates to travel as far afield as Robert Burns Country in Ayrshire and to Loch Lomond. A 5 day pass is £7.20

 

To build publicity and momentum for your conference, we can provide literature about the city, promotional giveaways and marketing material that you can use in advance of the event.
